Photography is Poetry

Photography has been a passion of mine for a very long time. I started by taking pictures of my own children, and what began as a simple love for capturing their moments quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, I’m a natural‑light photographer based in Peculiar, serving seniors, families, maternity, weddings, and boudoir clients across the Kansas City area.

I’m married, a mom of three, and constantly running kids to soccer practice and whatever else they can pack into my calendar. Because of that, photography is my part‑time job — something I pour my heart into, but something I balance alongside a full‑time career and a busy family life.

That’s why I don’t offer online booking. Instead, I schedule sessions personally so we can find a time that works best for both of us. I want every session to feel relaxed, never rushed, and choosing the right time is the first step in creating that experience.

I’m an outdoor photographer through and through — no studio, just natural light, real moments, and genuine emotion. Whether I’m photographing seniors stepping into their next chapter, families laughing together, glowing maternity sessions, intimate boudoir portraits, or the joy of a wedding day, my goal is always the same: to capture the heart of your story in a way that feels warm, natural, and true to you.
